Our team of support staff
Our engineering and technical support staff are all ICG trained with a wealth of practical experience in all the major printing processes.
Their diverse backgrounds, from apprentice served printers to precision engineers, and printing graduates to academic professionals, provide a wide knowledge base for the fast and efficient response needed in the pre-press industry.
All of the staff are experienced with the full ICG product range of image recorders, servers and scanners and are involved with the build and testing of the new 380 scanner now manufactured at the ICG premises in Bristol (UK).
